BIOGRAPHY
 
Gloria Caballero
 Gloria Caballero, a self-taught artist, was born in San Luis Potosi, Mexico, of an American diplomat, Jose Julian Caballero, and his wife, Maria Luisa Trueba, and has lived the larger part of her life in the United States. She presently lives with her architect husband, Enrique Gay, in San Diego, California, where their three grown children also reside. She has exhibited in Mexico City, El Paso, Texas, Tijuana, B.C., Mexico, La Jolla and San Diego, California, and has developed a large body of work mostly in the oil on canvas medium.
